A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 25, 72, 97 AND 137, WHICH
RESOLUTIONS CREATED A ZONING COMMISSION AND A ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolutions Nos. 25, 72, 97 and 137 of the
Village of North Palm Beach be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1969.
