A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ELECTING TO JOIN THE PALM BEACH COUNTY MUNICIPAL LEAGUE AND
RATIFYING ITS CHARTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach, a municipal
corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereby
elects to become a member of the Palm Beach County Municipal League
effective upon passage of this resolution, and does hereby ratify
the Charter of Palm Beach Municipal League, copy of which is attached
hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1969.
