A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTIIORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH HUNNICUTT & ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WIT}{ THE 1970 VILLAGE TAX ASSESSMENT ROLL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Hunnicutt & Associates, Inc. for appraisal services for the 1970 Tax
Assessment Roll for the Village of North Palm Beach, as per the Agree-
ment attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is authorized to affix the Village
Seal to said Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF OCTOBER, 1969.
