RESOLUTION N0. 415-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE PURCHASE BY THE VILLAGE MANAGER OF AN OFFSET
PRINTER FROM HALSEY & GRIFFITH, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The purchase of an offset printer by the
Village Manager from Halsey & Griffith, Inc. for the purchase price
of $],539.05 is hereby ratified and approved in that the Village
Council has satisfied itself by review of quotation bids that said
property was purchased for the Village at the best price obtainable.
PASSED ANI) ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1969.
