A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE PURCHASE BY THE VILLAGE MANAGER OF CARPETING
FOR THE VILLAGE HALL FROM SETH FORD, INC,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The purchase of carpeting for the Village Hall
by the Village Manager from Seth Ford, Inc. for the purchase price
of $1,328.00 is hereby ratified and approved in that the Village
Council has satisfied itself by review of quotation bids that said
property was purchased for the Village at the best price obtainable.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1969.
