A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
DISCLAIMER TO A CANAL RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATED BY PLAT TO THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a
canal right-of-way dedicated by plat to the Village of North Palm
Beach, as per copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked
Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof, upon payment of the
sum of $120.00 to the Village of North Palm Beach by Fred Longo,
Owner of Lots 134, 135 and 136, Plat of Palm Beach -Lake Worth
Estates.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1969.
