A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT TO LEASE A
SPACE IN THE NORTH PALM BEACH VILLAGE HALL DURING THE TIME THE FLORIDA
STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT IS DOING CONSTRUCTION WORK ON PART OF U. S. #1
IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Mayor and Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain Lease Agreement
between the Village of North Palm Beach and the Florida State Road
Department for the lease of office space in the Village Hall, North
Palm Beach, Florida, to the State Road Department during the time that
the Florida State Road Department is engaged in urbanizing part of
U. S. #1 in the Village of North Palm Beach, a copy of which Lease is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit No. 1, and by reference made a part here-
of.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
