RESOLUTION NO. 398-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO
AN EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA AND PALM BEACH COUNTY CONCERNING PARTICIPATION
IN THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain Extension
and Modification Agreement between the Village of North Palm Beach
and the County of Palm Beach concerning participation in the Palm
Beach County Library System, a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit 1 and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said Extension and Modification
Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF JUNE, 1969.
