RESOLUTION NO. 396-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF THE LEASE AND
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH AND ROBERT
IIAVEY AND GEORGE QUICK, DOING BUSINESS AS H & Q ENTERPRISES,
EFFECTIVE MAY 31, 1969
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach hereby acknow-
ledges notice from ROBERT HAVEY and GEORGE QUICK, doing business
as II & Q ENTERPRISES of their intention to end the Lease and Agree-
ment between them and the Village of North Palm Beach and agrees
that this shall take effect May 31, 1969.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF MAY, 1969.
