RESOLUTION NO. 393-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE A STORM
SEWER EASEMENT TO THE STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT OF FLORIDA
WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the
State Road Department of Florida, to locate, construct and maintain
or improve a portion of State Road 5 in PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to
said project are owned by the Village of North Palm Beach, and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida, a request
has been made for a conveyance of a portion of said lands of this
Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL 01'
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the necessary instru-
ments to effect such conveyance.
