RESOLUTION NO. 380-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACII,
FLORIDA, AUT1{ORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO
A LEASE CONCERNING THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB DINING ROOM
AND AN AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE OPERATION OF THE BAR AT THE NORTH
PALM BEACII COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACII,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain Lease
and that certain Agreement concerning the operation of the dining
room and bar at the North Palm Beach Country Club, copies of which
are attached hereto, marked respectively Exhibit A and Exhibit B,
and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said Lease and to said Agree-
ment.
