A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING CHARLES R. O'MEILIA AS A MEMBER OF THE ARCHITECTURAL
COMMITTEE, WHICH FUNCTIONS IN CONNECTION WITIi THE RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
PLACED UPON THE VARIOUS PLATTED SUBDIVISIONS LOCATED WITHIN THE VILLAGE
LIMITS OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. CHARLES R. O'MEILIA be, and he is hereby, appointed
as a member appointed by the Village Council of North Palm Beach, Florida,
to the Architectural Committee established under the restrictive coven-
ants in connection with the various platted subdivisions which are lo-
cated within the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 2. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be
sent to Mr. H. A. Ross as evidence of the appointment of the member
of the Architectural Committee to replace Mr. W. G. Carver.
