RESOLUTION NO. 374-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WIT}{ HUNNICUTT & ASSOCIATES FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPRAISING
REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TO BE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE TAX
ASSESSMENT ROLL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
arc hereby, authorized to sign that certain contract between the
Village of North Palm Beach and Hunnicutt & Associates, Inc. re-
garding appraisal service for use in connection with the 1969
Tax Assessment Roll, copy of which is attached hereto, marked Ex-
hibit A, and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to affix
the Village Seal to said contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS LOTH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1968.
