RESOLUTION NO. 368-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH W. G. LASSITER COMPANY, INC. FOR SERVICES
TO 13E RENDERED TO CONSTRUCT A NEW MUNICIPAL LIBRARY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk he and they
are hereby authorized and directed to enter into that certain
Contract between The Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, and
W. G. LASSITER COMPANY, INC., a copy of which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part of this Resolution.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 15TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1968.
