A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING JUDGE AD LITEM FOR THE NORTH PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL
COURT, AND SETTING FORTH REMUNERATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Article VI of the North Palm Beach
Charter, LLOYI) G. HEROLD, Esquire, is hereby appointed as Municipal
Judge ad Litem for the Municipal Court of the Village of North Palm
Beach.
Section 2. The powers and duties of the Municipal Judge
ad Litem are as set forth in Article VI of the Village Charter.
Section 3. The salary of the Municipal Judge ad Litem
is hereby set at the sum of $25.00 for each court sitting, $5.00
for each arrest or search warrant issued during all daylight hours
while not sitting on the bench, and $15.00 for all search warrants
and arrest warrants issued during all non -daylight hours while not
sitting on the bench.
