A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, RELEASING THE $8,000 BOND TO ROYAL AMERICAN REALTY, INC.
IN CONNECTION WITH STREET RESURFACING, ATTENDANT SWALE SHAPING AND
DRAINAGE REFURBISHMENT REGARDING THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF PALM BEACH
LAKE WORTH ESTATES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager is hereby directed to
return that certain $8,000.00 bond given to the Village of North
Palm Beach by Royal American Realty, Inc., as Principal, and
Reliance Insurance Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as
Surety, dated the 9th day of August, 1965, since the street re-
surfacing, attendant swale shaping and drainage refurbishment as
mentioned in Section 1, Resolution No. 247-65, has been completed,
the Release of Lien has been received from the contractor, and
approval has been received from the Village Engineers.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF JUNE, 1968.
