A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN ALL UTILITY PERMIT APPLICATIONS
ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN CONTRACTS AND TO BIND THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
TO THE CONDITIONS DESCRIBED IN UTILITY PERMIT APPLICATIONS WITH THE
FLORIDA STATE ROAD DEPARTMENT.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to sign contracts and all utility permit applications with the
Florida State Road Department submitted on either Form 121 Revised
4-64 or Form 627-1 Revised 6-64, and to bind the Village of North
Palm Beach to the conditions described in the permits.
Section 2. The following statement shall be included
with allutility permit applications:
"This Application and Indemnification Agreement
is authorized by Resolution No. -68 dated
the day of , 1968."
