A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Board of Governors for the North Palm Beach
Country Club of the Village of North Palm Beach, as created by
Ordinance No. 91, to serve until June 30, 1970:
R. F. Jaekel
A. F. Smith
H. E. Lange
R. M. Taylor
Section 2. The following person be, and he is hereby,
appointed to fill the unexpired term of HAROLD W. BEERY, who has
resigned as a member of the Board of Governors of the North Palm Beach
Country Club, to serve until June 30, 1969:
George W. Baldwin
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the members
of the Board of Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club appointed
by this resolution shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 91, as
amended by Ordinance No. 110, of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed to
the Board of Governors and to the current Chairman of the Board.
