RESOLUTION NO. 332-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEFS 01E' THE MUNICIPAL POLICE AND
FIREMEN PENSION TRUST FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. HARRY VAN NOTE be, and he is hereby appointed as a member of the
Board of Trustees of the Municipal Police and Firemen Relief and Pension Funds
of the Village of North Palm Beach to replace James Sutherland, who has re-
signed. This appointment shall be for the remainder of the two-year
term set forth in Resolution No. 293-1967.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23 DAY OF JANUARY, 1968.
