RESOLUTION NO. 331-68
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A
CERTAIN PLAT AND SETTING FORTH RESTRICTIONS THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and the Village Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign the original of that certain plat known as
Port 0' Call, Village of North Palm Beach, sigiiifying hereby the approval of such plat
by the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach. The Village Manager's
and the Village Clerk's signatures shall be affixed as set forth above after final
approval to the plat has been furnished by the Village Engineer and the Village
Attorney stating that the plat and any bond concerned with the plat and any other
documents connected therewith are in accordance with all applicable Village ordinances.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23 DAY OF JANUARY, 1968.
