RESOLUTION NO. 326-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
A JUDGE FOR THE VILLAGE COURT OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the Charter of the Village of
North Palm Beach, HOWARD HARRISON, ESQUIRE, a member of The Florida, Bar, is appointed as
Village Judge of the Village Court of North Palm Beach. Mr. HOWARD HARRISON shall
hold office during the pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 2. The Village Judge shall receive the sum of $25.00 per court
sitting for his services as Village Judge.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect December 1, 1967.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this
resolution are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14 DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1967.
