RESOLUTION NO. 325-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE
GRADING AND PAVING IN THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF PALM BEACH -LAKE WORTH ESTATES.
WHEREAS, drainage swales and resurfacing of roadway areas in the South one-half
of Palm Beach -Lake Worth Estates has been performed by developers in that area, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the paving and drainage
work with reference thereto has been completed in accordance with specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the approval of the drainage swales and resurfacing of roadway
areas in the South one-half of Palm Beach -Lake Worth Estates and the replatting of Doolen
Court is hereby ratified and confirmed, and the dedication offers made upon said plat
are hereby accepted. The Village Clerk is directed to return the Performance Bond
to the issuing company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14 DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1967.
