RESOLUTION NO. 321-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
DESIGNATING THE BANKS IN WHICH THE VILLAGE TREASURER SHALL DEPOSIT FUNDS OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5 of Article IV of the Village Charter,
the Village Treasurer shall deposit funds of the Village of North Palm Beach in
either or both First Marine Bank of Riviera. Beach, Florida„ or First American Bank
of North Palm Beach, Florida, which two banks are hereby designated as the only banks
in which the Village Treasurer shall deposit Village funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10 DAY OF OCTOBER, 1967.
