RESOLUTION NO. 302-1967
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER
TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD; AND PROVIDING FOR A RETRO-ACTIVE EFFECT TO THIS
RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. MRS. PAT JUNOD be, and she is hereby, appointed as a member of the
Village Planning and Zoning Advisory Board as created by Ordinance No. 92, to serve the
term from May26, 1965 through and including May 26, 1967.
Section 2. The appointment of MRS. PAT JUNOD to the Village Planning and Zoning
Advisory Board shall be effective as of May 26, 1965, and all actions, votes, deliberations
and results concerned with the participation of MRS. PAT JUNOD on the Planning and Zoning
Advisory Board since May 26, 1965 be, and they are hereby ratified and confirmed by the
Village Council as the acts of a valid member of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of
the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, pursuant to Ordinance No. 92.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF MARCH, 1967.
