A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE VILLAGE BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS CREATED UNDER THE BUILDING CODE AND
UNDER THE PLAT ORDINANCES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. THOMAS F. LEWIS, THOMAS BELL, HERBERT WATT, ALLAN EVERARD and
DAVID CLARK be, and they are hereby, appointed to the Village Building Board of Appeals
as created by the building code ordinance, as amended, and the plat ordinance, as
amended, of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. All resolutions or parts ofresolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
