RESOLUTION NO. 2_414 1965
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ADDITIONAL JUDGES
AD LITEM FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, that:
Section 1. WILLIAM CARTER WHITE, 143 Yacht Club Drive, North Palm Beach, Florida, and
CARLON A. DAVIS, 521 Lighthouse Drive, North Palm Beach, Florida, be, and they are hereby appointed
as Judges ad Litem for the Municipal Court of the Village of North Palm Beach. Upon taking the oath
of office required by officials of the Village of North Palm Beach, they shall be entitled to the
office of Judge ad Litem in accordance with the ordinances and Charter of the Village of North Palm
Beach and the Statutes of the State of Florida.
Section 2. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of August, 1965.
