RESOLUTION NO. 238-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 184 BY
INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTFW AND SETTING FORTH TEE
MANNER OF APPOINTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT
SECTION 1 of RESOLUTION No. 184, IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Village Beautification Committee as organized under this resolution
shall consist of five persons.
Section 2. Members of the Beautification Committee shall be appointed by motion duly
made and passed by the Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of May, 1965.

BY THESE PRESENTS, that the VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, does by these presents
in and to the following described property owned by F. W. REUTER, situate,
Village of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to -wit:
That certain 12 foot drainage easement lying between Lots 25 and 26,
Block No. 30, VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PLAT NO. 3, being 6 feet
on Lot 25 and 6 feet on Lot 26 and described as a drainage easement
on the plat thereof, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages
175, 176 public records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
in that the same is no longer needed for drainage purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the duly authorized officers of said Village have
hereunto set
their hands and affixed the seal of the said Village this 4 day of August, A. D., 1965.

to be the free act and deed of such officials for the uses and purposes therein mentiones, and that
they have affixed thereto the seal of said Village and the said instrument is the free act and deed
of the said municipal corporation.
