RESOLUTION NO. 2 2-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLLRIDA, DIRECTING
THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and Village Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to sign the original of that certain replat of Lots 146 through 151, inclusive, Palm
Beach Lake Worth Estates (otherwise known as Doolen Court), Village of North Palm Beach signifying
thereby the approval of such replat by the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach,
subject to the approval of the Village Attorney and the Vflage Manager.
