RESOLUTION NO. 191
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING SEVEN MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD.
BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TEE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following named persons be and they are hereby appointed to the Planning
and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending two years from
date:
Marshall Ben.iamin
Wallace Saltzstein
Robert Wening
Paul Schmitt
Section 2, The following named persons be and they are hereby appointed to the Planning
and Zoning advisory Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending one year from date:
Joseph Tovzer
James Mullen
George Houck
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the persons appointed above shall be as set
forth in Ordinance No. 92 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
