A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXERCISE OF
A CERTAIN OPTION.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:,
Section 1. That the Village Manager be and he is hereby directed
to forthwoth sign and mail the original of the letter to Northlake Properties,
Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of December, 1963.
