RESOLUTION # 183
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE CERTAIN CONTRACT.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the lease agreement with J.P. Stewart,
Inc., for the leasing of ice -making machines, in form as attached.
