RESOLUTION # 181
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH CONCERNING A CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the Village are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute and deliver an easement in form as attached
hereto.
