RESOLUTION # 180
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BANK ACCOUNT AND PROVIDING
WHO SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS THEREON.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NROTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Village Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized
to open, and from time to time reconcile, an account or accounts in the name
of said Village with the FIRST AMERICAN BANK OF NORTH PALM BEACH, North Palm
Beach, Florida, and to deposit therein funds of said Village.
Section 2.. Checks on such account or accounts shall be signed in the
name of the Village by any member of the Village Council or by the Village
Treasurer singly, provided such check does not exceed the amount of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Checks in excess of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
shall be signed by said Village Treasurer and by any member of the Village
Council,
Section 3. The aforesaid Bank may rely upon the authority herein
conferred upon said persons until delivery to it of a certified copy of a
resolution revoking or modifying the same; and that such authority shall include
checks drawn to the order of any of said persons.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 1963.
