A RESOLUTION OF -THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY,' FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A
CERTAIN EASEMENT GRANT; REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 159:

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That certain Easement Grant from JAYMAR
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to the Village countairied
in Easement Deed dated June 10, 1963, recorded in Official
Record Book 898, page 1038, public records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, be and the same is hereby accepted by the
VILLAGE.'
Section 2. Resolution No. 159 of such Village adopted
on May 7, 1963, is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1963.
