RESOLUTION # 144
A RESOLUTION OF THE=VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, CONCERNING PLAT OF FAIRHAVEN ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PLAM BEACH.

WHEREAS, Plat of Fairhaven Addition to the Village of North Palm
Beach is recorded in Plat Book 27, page 90, public records of Palm Beach
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the paving and
drainage work with reference thereto has been completed in accordance
with specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1.,. That the approval of such plat as shown on the face
thereof by the Village under date of March 26, 1962, is hereby ratified
and confirmed and the dedication offers made upon said Plat are hereby
accpeted.
