RESOLUTION # 141
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, CONCERNING PLAT NO.4 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.

WHEREAS, Plat No. 4 of the Village of North Palm Beach is recorded
in Plat Book 25, Pages 229, 230, public records of Palm Beach .County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the paving and
drainage work with reference thereto has been completed in accordance with
specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the approval of such plat as shown on the face thereof by the
Village under date of August 20, 1958, is hereby ratified and confirmed and
the dedication offers made upon said Plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June . 1962.
