A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A ZONING COMMISSION AND A ZONING BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, Resolution #97 of the Village Council of the Village
of North Palm Beach appoints certain persons as a Zoning Commission for
the Village and certain persons as a Zoning Board of Appeals for the
Village, the terms of office of each of such persons to be until January 1,
1962, or until their successors shall be named and qualify; and
WHEREAS, it is the deisre of the Village Council to appoint
members of such Zoning Commission and such Zoning Board of Adjustment to
serve until January 1, 1963, or until their successors be named and qualify;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following persons are hereby named as the
Zoning Commission for the Village of North Palm Beach:
McLin B. Nowlin Fred Teed
Paul Thompson Robert C. Scott
John F. McDermott
The terms of office of such members shall be until January 1,
1963, or until their successors shall 'be named and qualify.
Section 2. The following persons are hereby named as the Zoning
Board of Adjustment fair the Village of Nath Palm Beach:
McLin B. Nowlin Fred Teed
Paul Thompson Robert C. Scott
John F. McDermott
The terms of office of such members shall be until January 1,
1963, or until their successors shall be named and qualify.
