A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH,,
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND
CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT.

BE IT,AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and Village Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign the original of that
certain plat known as Village of North Palm Beach, GOLF COURSE ADDITION,
signifying hereby the approval of such plat by the Village Council of
the Village of North Palm Beach, subject to final approval of Village
Attorney and Village Manager.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of Mav 1962.
