A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO
SIGN CERTAIN CONTRACTS.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the, Village Mayor and Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign a contract with Thomas Hodges,
Construction Company, in form as attached. -.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth- day of April, 1962.
