A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT. OF A BANK ACCOUNT.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to open
and from time to time reconcile -an account or accounts with the Riviera
Beach Bank, at Riviera Beach, Florida, such, account to be known as "North
Palm Beach Country Club", and to deposit therein proceeds of the operation
of the North Palm Beach Country Club by said Village. Checks on such account
shall be signed in the name of the Village by any member of the Village Council
or by the Village Treasurer singly, provided such check, draft or order does
not exceed the amount of One Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($1,000.00). Chekks
in excess of such sum shall be signed by one of the persons designated above
and co -signed by another member of the Village Council or the Village Treasurer
as the case may be. The aforesaid Bank may rely upon the authority herein
conferred upon said persons until delivery to it of a certified copy of a
resolution revoking or modifying the same; and that such authority shall in-
e checks drawn to the order of any of said persons.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January -, 1962.
