A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AHORIZINGAND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND
CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and Village Clerk be, and they..
are hereby, authorized and directed to signthe- original of that certain
p,iat known as Plat: of Yacht Club ,Addition, Village of North Palm Beach,
signifying thereby the .approval of such plat by the Village Council of the
Village of North Palm Beach.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned Owners of The tract of /and lying
and being in Sections 9 and /6, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beoch County, Florida, shown here-
on as YACHT CLUB ADDITION TO VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, and more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of Paim Beach Lake Worth Estates, recorded
in Plat Book 25, Pages 167,168 and 169, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, with the center
line of U.S. Highway No. I (State Road No.5) as said center line is shown on Right -of -Way Map re-
corded in Road Plat Book 2, Page 106, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; thence N.9°-
03100" W along said center line, a distance of 878.88 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
southwest having a radius of 1910.08feet and a central angle of 10°34'001 thence northerly and north-
westerly along the arc of said curve, a distance of 352.26feet to the end of said curve; thence N.I9°-
37'00" W. along the tangent to said curve, a distance of 2453.16 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave to the east having a radius of 2864.93 feet and a centrel angle of 31°31'401 thence north-
westerly along the arc of said curve end through an angle of 7°20.32", a distance of 367.13feet;
• thence N. 77°43' 32"E. along a line radial to said curve, a distance of 400 feet to an angle point;
thence N. 70°23100"E., a distance of 434.0)3 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the south hav-
ing a radius of 840 feet and a central angle of 25°28'301'; thence easterly along the arc of said
curve, a distance of 373.43 feet to the end of said curve and a point in the westerly extension
of a line radial to a curve to be described; thence S.84°08130'1E. along said radial line, a distance of
330.81 feet to a point in the arc of a curve concave to the east having a radius of 2100 feet and
a central angle of 41°06'14", said curve being a part of the Bulkhead Line along the westerly
shores of Lake Worth as established by Ordinance No. 31, Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, and
dated February 25, 1958; thence southerly and southeasterly along the arc of said curve and through
an angle of 25°28'30", a distance of 933.71 feet to the end of said curve; thence S.19°37100'1E.
along the tangent to said curve and along said Bulkhead Line, a distance of 1938.75 feet to an angle
point; thence S.9°03'00"E. along said Bulkhead Line, a distance of I433.26feet to the northeast
corner of said Palm Beach Lake Worth Estates; thence N.87°5810011W. along the north line of said
Palm Beach Lake Worth Estates, a distance of 1334.90feet to the Point of Beginning.

SUBJECT to existing right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1 (State Road No. 5).

have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as shown hereon and do hereby dedicate the Streets shown
hereon to the perpetual use of the public for public rood and street purposes and other purposes inci-
dental thereto, and the use of the Easements for the construction a d maintenance of Public Utilities and
/or for Drainage Purposes.
The undersigned Owners do hereby dedicate the Canal as shown hereon to the Village of North
Palm Beach, subject to Me terms and conditions stated in the Offer to Dedicate Canals recorded in Officia/
Record Boole 6, Page 393, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
