RESOLUTION NO-. 109 .
• A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE CDUNCIL OP THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A TAX ASSESSOR FOR SUCH
VILLAGE.
BE IT AND IT IS HEEtEBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 through 11,
Article III, of' Chapter 31481, .Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956,
the same being the Charter for said Village, WALTER E. THOMAS be and he is
hereby appointed and designated as Tax Assessor in and for the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida,
Section 2. The above named officer shall take and subscribe an
oath before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that he will
faithfully and impartially execute the duties of his office according to
the best of his ability and understanidng, which oath will then be filed
with the Village Clerk and spreadcon the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Tax Assessor shall hold office until
his successor shall be appointed and shall qualify and during the pleasure
of the Village Council.
Section 4. The above named officer shall receive no pay or emolu-
ment of any kind except as provided by resolution of the Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May 1 '1961.
