RESOLUTION NO. 95
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VTTTAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING DR. J. EDWIN OBERT A HEALTH OFFICER OF THE
VILLAGE.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGF COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Dr. J. Edwin Obext be and he is hereby appointed
a Health Officer of the Village to serve at the pleasure of the Council
and without compensation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 1960.
