RESOLUTION NO. 61
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Mayor and Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directied to sign a certain agreement with
Florida Power & Light Company in the attached form.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1959.
