RESOLUTION NO. 59
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE MUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CERTAIN OFFICERS
FOR SUCH VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8
through 11, Article III, of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary
Session 1956, the same being the Charter for said Vilia�e, the following
persons be and the same are hereby named to the following offices of
such Village:
John A. Schwencke
William Young
Albin R. Olson
- Village Tax Assessor
- Village Tax Collector -
- Village Clerk (who shall also
be the Registration Officer of
such Village.)
Section 2. The above named officers shall take and subscribe
an oath before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that they
will faithfully and impartially execute the duties of their offices a
according to the best of their ability and understanding, which said oath
will when be filed with the Village Clerk and spread upon the minutes of
the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named officers shall hold their
respective offices until their successors shall be appointed and shall
qualify and during the pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 4. None of the above named officers shall receive
any pay or emolument of any kind except as provided by resolution of the
Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of April, 1959.
