RESOLUTION # 53
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AN AUDIT OF THE VILLAGE
FINANCIAL AFFAIRS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1958, AND
APPOINTING AN AUDITOR FOR THE PERFORMANCE THEREOF.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Accountant
to perform
Section 1. That Lee C. Shepard, Jr., Certified Public
of West Palm Beach, Florida, be, and he is hereby appointed
or conduct an audit of the financial affairs of the Village
for the fiscal
thereof

to present such audit in appropriate form to the Village Council.
