RESOLUTION #52
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE MANAGER TO
SIGN CERTAIN PLATS.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and Village Manager be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to sign the originals of those certain
plats known as Village of North Palm Beach Plats Nos. 5 and 6, signing
thereby the approval of such plats by the Village Council of the Village of
North Palm Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November , 1958.
