A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
APPOINTING ALLEN T. GAY TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT BOARD.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Allen T. Gay is hereby designated and appointed as a Director of
the Palm Beach County Resources Development Board, to represent the Village in such capacity
c_ for the term of three (3) years.
