A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING WALLACE G.
CARVER AS A MEMBER OF THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE OF SAID VILLAGE.

WHEREAS, Paragraph V 1 (b) of the Protective Covenants of said Village provides
that one member of the Architectural Committee described therein, be appointed by the
Village Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VTT,TAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the directive provision contained in Paragraph V 1 (b)
of the Protective Covenants of said Village as hereinabove referred to, Wallace G. Carver
be, and he is, hereby appointed a member and Village Representative of the Architectural
Committee.
Section 2. This appointment shall continue hereafter at the pleasure of the
Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 1958.
