RESOLUTION #40
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING ALBIN R. OLSON CLERK OF SAID VILLAGE.
Whereas, Robert C. Tufford, Village Clerk, has resigned from said office,
said resignation having been tendered on April 2, 1958.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Albin R. Olson, be and he is hereby appointed and designated
as Village Clerk, and he is hereby vested with all of the powers and duties of said
office.
Section 2. This appointment shall be retroactive in effect to the 3rd. day
of April, 1958, and shall continue at the pleasure of the Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd. day of April, 1958.
